You can return or exchange your belt within 30 days after you receive it.
As long as the belt is not worn, cut or damaged, we'll gladly exchange or refund the belt. To get a refund or start an exchange, email email@example.com with your order number and the details of your request. We'll send you specific details on where and how to send your belt back. You'll need to pay the return shipping but we'll cover the cost of shipping the new belt to you (if you are exchanging).
Refunds are processed & issued within 7 days upon arrival and it can take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card.
